1. Who we are
Buitsol is a website development company based in Riga, Latvia. If you have any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to [email protected] or call +371 20092479.
2. What this website collects
This site does not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or session recording. The only data that leaves your browser is data you type into a form and send deliberately.
- Contact and quote forms. Name, e-mail, phone, company, budget range and the message you write. We use it to answer you and for nothing else.
- Newsletter. Name and e-mail, kept until you unsubscribe. Every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Local storage. Your cookie-notice choice is stored in your own browser. It never reaches our server and is removed when you clear site data.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, request time and user agent for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them on a rolling 30-day cycle.
3. Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry. Newsletter data is processed on consent alone, which you may withdraw at any moment.

5. Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our e-mail provider process data on our instruction under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
7. Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. The cookie notice you see on your first visit records only your own choice, in your own browser, so we do not ask again. If you choose "Essential only", nothing further is stored.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle existing data are communicated by e-mail to affected clients.
Short version
We keep what you send us so we can answer you, we delete it when it is no longer needed, and we never give it to anyone trying to sell you something.
