Frequently asked questions

Timelines, prices, ownership, editing, support. If your question is not here, ask it — we answer the same day.

A compact business website of five to seven pages usually takes two to three weeks from the approved brief. A larger catalogue site with several languages takes four to six weeks. The single biggest variable is not our workload — it is how quickly texts and photos arrive from your side, which is why we send a content checklist on day one.

A one-page site starts at €490, a standard business website of up to seven pages at €1 290, and a multilingual catalogue site at €2 400. Every quote is fixed before we start: you approve a scope, a price and a deadline, and that number does not move unless you ask for something new. Use the estimator on the pricing page for a first indication.

You can, and we recommend that the domain is registered in your name so you always own it. Hosting we are happy to provide and administer as part of a maintenance plan, or we deploy to a provider you already use. Either way you receive full access — nothing is locked to us.

Every site we build is designed for the phone first and then expanded to tablet and desktop. We test on real devices, not only in a browser emulator, because touch targets and font rendering behave differently on actual hardware.

Yes. We hand over an editing interface for the parts that change often — prices, menus, opening hours, blog posts — plus a short screen-recorded walkthrough. If you would rather not touch it at all, our maintenance plan covers the updates for you.

Most of our clients are outside Latvia. We work in English and Spanish over e-mail, WhatsApp and video calls, and we have delivered projects for clients in Spain, Poland, Germany and the Baltics. Time zones inside Europe have never been a problem.

Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch for anything that is not working as agreed. After that, a maintenance plan covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a guaranteed response time. Without a plan we still help — simply at an hourly rate and subject to availability.

We write the structure and the connecting copy, and we edit what you send so it reads consistently. Texts that require expert knowledge — a treatment description, a technical specification — are best drafted by you and polished by us. Translations into other languages are quoted per language.

Three quick comparisons

Us vs. a website builder

A builder is cheaper on day one and heavier every day after. Templates carry code you never use, which is why builder sites commonly load in six to nine seconds on mobile. We deliver two to three, and you are not renting your own website.

Us vs. a large agency

An agency gives you a project manager, an account manager and a junior doing the actual work. We give you the two people doing the work. You lose the fancy reporting; you gain speed and a direct line.

Us vs. a freelancer

A good freelancer is excellent value until they take a holiday, get ill, or move on. Being two people with documented work means somebody always answers — and the documentation means anyone could take over.
